We will celebrate the SEASON OF FRIENDSHIP with a GRATITUDE FLOW, Planksgiving, and an optional meet and greet after practice.
Come as you are... meet new yoga friends, in the Park. Bring any props you love and a large blanket for under the mat, water to hydrate.
