*1PM - Kick off with a mix + mingle and connect with your new yogi friends
*1:30PM - Hot Yoga for Every Body class led by our friends at Fire + Flow Yoga (all levels of yogis will be welcomed and accommodated).
*2:30PM Refresh with a cold plunge experience from Sweathouz (optional)
*Gather with your fellow yogis for a lite + delicious Friendsgiving spread.

Fire + Flow Yoga offers both power yoga (the fire) and restorative yoga (the flow) because we believe that you need both! In all of our classes you will connect to a caring community who wants to experience more in life and be challenged to grow both on and off the mat. The Beauty Boost Indianapolis is a women's community to help you feel healthy, empowered and beautiful (inside + out!). We host 1-3 events per month including socials, empowerment events, fitness/health + wellness events, and retreats. Our women are kind, love experiencing new things, into personal development and health + wellness, but not extremists (we still love our taco tuesday and a good margarita!). Our goals is to create a safe place for women to come together, have fun and meet new local ladies to build genuine friendships.
