Welcome to Friendsgiving Cookies + Charcuterie Class at Graze Craze Charcuterie Boards & Boxes! Join us for a fun and delicious event where you'll learn how to create beautiful Christmas-themed cookies and charcuterie boards. Our instructors will guide you through the process, sharing tips and tricks along the way. This in-person event is perfect for anyone looking to add some festive flair to their culinary skills. In this class, you will be decorating 3 Thanksgiving themed cookies to take home along with a 7x7 charcuterie box! Graze Craze will have beverages available for purchase as well! Grab a few friends and make this an incredibly fun evening!
About this Class
This class is for beginners or people just wanting to have a fun night out! If you find yourself with limited experience with sugar cookies/charcuterie board arranging, frustrated with royal icing, or if you're trying to have fun with family or friends, this is the class for you!
We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, meats, cheeses, etc. and a tray to take your awesome creations home in - we just need YOU! Each to-be-creator gets 3 cookies, 3 icing colors, all of the charcuterie ingredients, and all the tools necessary to knock this class out of the park! Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. Just create!
This class is on November 20th and will start at 6:00pm sharp so we can have enough time to decorate and answer questions along the way. Come by yourself, bring a friend, or bring the whole crew - we have seating for up to 15 people! It's a blast whether you're coming with a friend, family member, or solo!

What will I be doing in the class?
Besides having the most fun ever? We will be going over some cookie facts, charcuterie techniques, and you will be decorating your very own set of cookies and a charcuterie box that you will take home with you that day.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing but a smile! Everything will be provided for you including my (rather tasty) sugar cookies and delectable meats, cheeses, veggies, and spreads. All you need to do is join us and have fun!
What age is best for classes?
This class is good for ages 12+!
What will I bring home?
By the end of the class, you will have created a set of gorgeous cookies ready to dry for 24 - 48 hours in their own box. Along with a perfectly curated 7x7 charcuterie box ready to be enjoyed as a snack or save it for that event coming up to impress your friends!
Can I sign up as an individual or as a group?
You can sign up either as an individual, with a friend, or with a whole group. The more the merrier! We are limited to a total of 15 seats per class, so definitely sign up ASAP!

I signed up for a class but can't make it?
:( We understand that life happens so that’s why we allow you to cancel up to 30 days before the class. You can always transfer your spot to a friend though (and what a nice friend you are).
Things to Bring
Wondering what you need to bring to have a successful time? Well – nothing’s required – but here’s the things we recommend if you’d like to elevate your experience!
- Bring your glasses! There’s a reference slide deck to help you decorate cookies, but if things get blurry far away, seeing glasses may be a great bet.
- Bring your phone! I love it when students take pictures throughout class – so bring a phone!
- Bring a good attitude! Cookies are fun, but they're also challenging! A good attitude makes all the difference.
Class Cancelation Policy: Classes may be canceled at the discretion of me, the event host. This rarely happens – but in that extremely rare event that it does, you’ll receive a 100% refund including your Eventbrite fees.
Classes with attendance below 6 people will be canceled. Don’t be sad! You can either get a class credit for a future class (along with my apologies), or a full refund! I’ll let you know if your class has low attendance 7 days before the event is canceled so that you can bring a friend (hint hint) or find other plans for that day.
Weather Policy: Sometimes Mother Nature doesn’t play well with cookie class schedules. In the event of inclement weather, I’ll contact you with options – these may differ depending on the weather event but rest assured – we’ll figure something out!
