Bendigo Community Health Services will be running the FRIENDS Resilience program in partnership with LGNC in July 2024. The program is endorsed by the World Health Organisation to reduce anxiety and depression, build social skills and improve learning.FRIENDS focuses on:
Kindness and empathy
Mindfulness and relaxation
Values-based role models
Problem-solving strategies
Achieving goals
Building support networks
Coping with stress
This program will be delivered in 3 parts.
