All are welcome to the Sacred Heart Music Center at 4 pm Sunday, Feb. 15 for a special Friends of the Felgemaker music event: “Balm For Troubled Times.”In light of all that is happening in our communities, our country, and the world, local musicians have come together to perform at this unique event, hoping it will offer a time to pause, reflect, and remember how music connects and inspires us all as human beings.
The program will feature a variety of singers and instrumentalists from the Duluth-Superior community in a varied program of reflective and meditative music. Musical selections will include movements from “Requiem” by Gabriel Fauré, for chorus and organ.
The event is FREE. However, donations to the CHUM Warming Center are gratefully accepted upon exiting the venue.
