I am thrilled to announce our first studio outing of the year! On Sunday, October 19, thanks to the Friends of Music Concert Series, we’ll attend a performance by the Tesla String Quartet, featuring works by Mozart, Ravel, and Caroline Shaw.This is a wonderful opportunity for us to grow together as musicians while also supporting live performances as patrons of the arts. My hope is that we will continue this tradition by attending at least one live performance together each school year.
*Location: Sleepy Hollow High School Auditorium *Meet-up: 2:30 PM in the lobby (performance runs 3:00–5:30 PM)
*Tickets: Students may attend for free but must be accompanied by an adult. Adults may purchase their tickets here: https://friendsofmusicconcerts.org/tesla2025/
Please note: The auditorium tends to get very warm. I recommend dressing in layers and being prepared to remove them if you become uncomfortable during the performance.
