The leaves along Donkey Lane are now falling fast and covering the path. Please join us for a work session on Saturday 15th November from 10.30 to 12 noon to sweep up and clear the path. Please bring work gloves and leaf rake if you have one. We have some tools, a wheelbarrow and trugs but there will be a lot of leaves to remove!The leaves form a sticky mess if left and can be slippery for the many residents that use the lane. Leaves will continue to fall for the rest of the year and further work sessions will be arranged to deal with these.
You are welcome to come and join us from 10:30 till noon. Dress for whatever weather we have on the day and be aware that you might get a bit mucky! Stout shoes would be useful.
We will meet on Donkey Lane behind the houses on Greenways, at the bottom of the slope from Wentworth Green.
