Rising 3rd-5th Graders$125 (includes a CDM membership)
Join us as we explore all things science in this Friends’ Discovery Camp, designed to be inclusive for children with disabilities and their peers. Campers will become scientists as they explore their five senses to investigate the world around them with the help of their Big Buddies from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. This Friends’ Discovery Camp includes many fun field trips and museum experiences.
Our Friends' Discovery Camps (FDC) are inclusive camps designed for children with disabilities and their typically developing peers. One free membership will be awarded per family upon completion of this camp. If your family already has a membership, the newly awarded membership will extend the current membership one year beyond the date of completion.
CDM will continue to Play It Safe by:
- requiring masks for all visitors, staff and volunteers ages 5 and up
- conducting a no-contact health screen and temperature check on a daily basis
- limiting camp capacity
