The Friends & Family CPR & AED Training offers community members a practical, non-certification course focused on life-saving emergency response skills. Participants will receive clear instruction and hands-on practice in recognizing cardiac arrest, performing high-quality chest compressions, and delivering rescue breaths for adults, children, and infants. The training also includes an introduction to using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively. Designed to be engaging and approachable, the session provides ample opportunity for questions and hands-on instructor-guided practice.
