Friend or Flame is partnering with Resistance Athletics to present to you a time of exciting conversations, a specialty workout, and genuine connections that’ll have you feelin’ that friendly spark. 🥵⚡️
Our premiere Friend Edition speed dating event invites you to come spark a connection with us, where the goal is simple: meet new friends, expand your circle and have a blast while getting your workout in - it’s going to be lit!

The speed dating portion of the afternoon will take roughly 45 minutes, and remember time incinerates when you're having fun!

How does speed dating work @ Friend or Flame? Each speed date will be ~2 minutes long, with the speed dating portion being approximately 45 minutes. You never know if you're going to find a lasting friend or a friendly flame 👀.

Time: YOU MUST ARRIVE BY 11:30AM TO SECURE YOUR SPEED DATING SPOT. WE CANNOT ENSURE YOU'LL BE ABLE TO SPEED DATE IF YOU ARRIVE LATE.

Attire: Whatever expresses your own personal sexy flare 🧯♨️🌶

Ages: 21-40 **this age range is a soft guideline. If you are over 40, you are still absolutely welcome to attend and we’d love to have you! Our aim is to host events with varying age ranges in the near future, to allow even more opportunity for preferential matches. 21+!!

*SEARIN’ HOT REMINDER: creating a safe and inclusive environment is our top priority. F/F will absolutely not tolerate aggressive or disrespectful behavior from anyone towards any of our guests and reserve the right to extinguish anyone from the event (aka — jerks will be immediately REMOVED).
