What's the refund policy?
No refunds or date transfers once your tickets have been purchased.
Is my ticket purchase transferrable to another person?
Yes. Reservations can be used by another guest for same show date and time without penalty.
Can I bring snacks, food and drinks into the venue?
Outside beverages is prohibited. This includes bottled water. A full cash bar is available at your disposal.
Doors open at 6:30PM. Cash bar open at 6:30PM. Performance begins at 7PM.
In order to ensure safety of all guests; Phenix Banquet Center will adhere to the recommendations from the governor’s office REGARDING COVID-19. Tables will be positioned to meet the current distancing guidelines. Guests must adhere to current recommendations regarding masks by the state.
Phenix reserves the right to remove and/or deny entry without any refunds to any guest who disrupts the show, is belligerent or is visibly intoxicated. Such guests WILL NOT be able to transfer their ticket purchases.
