Join Rachel and Emma from Chichester Forest Schools CIC from 4pm onwards for a fun evening with like minded individuals. There will be an opportunity to discuss our practice, to play ourselves - learn and share crafts and skills, enjoy a hearty meal cooked over the fire and a sense of community.
Many of us work independently which can at times be a bit lonely and isolating. After one of the wettest, and what seems the longest winters, this is the perfect opportunity to get together, be inspired and re-energise. Whether you are a seasoned Forest School Leader, outdoor educator, Forest School Assistant or at the beginning of your outdoor journey you are welcome to come along, de-stress and reset for the weekend.
Rachel co-founded Chichester Forest Schools CIC and is passionate about using the forest school approach to connect chidlren and young people with the outdoors, working with all ages from child to adult. Rachel particularly enjoys working through forest school to support those with SEN, trauma and mental health difficultes. Rachel is a qualified forest bathing leader.
Emma Wiles is a very experienced leader who always leads from the heart. Leading our home education programme and beach schools. Emma also works at Yords Adventures, a charity thats supports children with SEN as well as running her own woodcraft business " Finnys Sweet Salvage" making beautiful creations out of recycled wood. She also instructs womens woodcraft sessions.
