The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce invites you to an exclusive opportunity to learn about the future of our community at Friday with the City. The event will take place on Friday, August 29, 2025, starting at 8:00 AM, at the City of Brownsville Communications and Marketing Department / Convention and Visitors Bureau Complex, located at 1312 East Adams St. in downtown Brownsville. This month's session will feature a special introduction to Daniel Leal, the City of Brownsville's new Planning & Redevelopment Director, along with a short presentation from the Planning Department.
After the presentation, attendees are invited to stay for a City-sponsored meet and greet breakfast, where you'll have the opportunity to connect directly with city staff, ask questions, and engage in meaningful conversations about Brownsville's growth and development.
Friday with the City is an initiative of the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the City of Brownsville, designed to keep the community informed about the city's ongoing growth, progress, and vision for the future.
