What does this workshop include?
A lecture on important topic of karma by Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda Paramahamsa, followed by Kirtan meditation (meditation upon Yoga sounds with music).
What is karma:
Karma is a core concept in almost all spirituality schools. It refers to the principle that every action has consequences, and a person's deeds in this life will influence their future circumstances and experiences. Karma is often described as the universal law of cause and effect - positive actions and virtuous deeds will lead to positive results and future happiness, while negative actions and unvirtuous deeds will bring about negative consequences and future suffering. The karmic effects of one's actions are believed to carry over beyond this lifetime, influencing one's circumstances in future rebirths according to the cycle of reincarnation.
