Friday Vibes Yoga- (Come for the Vibes, Pay What Aligns)

Kick off your weekend with a yoga session that's all about shaking off the week and stepping into your chill zone. Friday Night Vibes is your go to for stretchy feels, good energy and a fresh start for whatever the weekend has in store.We'll start with some breathwork to clear the mental clutter, then move into juicy stretches to loosen up those desk-bound shoulders, tight hips and everything in between. Think of it as the yoga version of hitting the "refresh" button. We'll wrap things up with cozy restorative poses with the goal of leaving you feeling your best, most relaxed self.

Come for the stretches, stay for the good vibes. Let's flow into the weekend, one deep breath at a time!

For the month of April, Kimberley is offering a special spring themed series. This will feature gentle yoga followed by meditation, savasana and a short journal prompt. Each week will be slightly different as we look at new beginning, growth, expansion and planting the seeds of intention.
