Every Hour On the hour, we'll draw one winner from tattoos purchased during that hour. Winner receives a gift bag of goodies.
Event Details
• Flash tattoo designs only (no custom work)
• Walk-ins only — first come, first served
• No limits on Flash per customer.
• Tattoos may be placed anywhere on the body (artist discretion)
• Black and grey no color available during flash event
• Designs and pricing will be posted the day of the event
• 18+ only — valid ID required
