Join us at The Meat & Cheese Show’s Friday Supper Club for a cozy, seven-course chef’s tasting menu built around our favorite season. We’re talking:
- Quail with housemade molé and spiced sweet potato
- Rich chestnut pasta in duck & parmigiano brodo
- Pear-streusel crusted duck with mushroom risotto
