After the sweat comes the serenity: head upstairs to the spa to mingle, cold plunge, sauna, or just vibe in the relaxation lounge.

- swimsuit
- boxing wraps (if you have them, if not you can purchase at Rumble for a Thursday singles night exclusive price of $10)
- workout clothes
- indoor running shoes
- slides / water proof sandals (optional)
