Friday Nite Workshop: Yoga Week 1 - "Root Chakra" with Aryam Garcia

This is a 7-session yoga series focused on mindfulness, movement, and energy awareness. Each session will explore one of the body’s energy centers (chakras), starting with the Root (wear red!) and moving up to the Crown (wear purple).

Participants can join the full series as a journey or drop in for individual sessions. The workshops are open to all — no experience needed.

What to bring:

• Water bottle
• Yoga mat (optional)
• Comfortable clothing

Bilingual friendly (English/Spanish).
