FRIDAY NIGHT YOGAJoin us for Friday Night Yoga, a gentle Dru yoga class suitable for anyone from beginners to the more experienced.
It is every Friday, starting at 6:30 pm for an hour and 15 minutes of peace.
It is a relaxing, flowing class to end the week on a positive note. Working on moving the stuck energy in the body to get rid of aches and pains we gather during day-to-day life. The class will include Dru sequences, more traditional yoga poses, relaxation, and breathwork throughout.
Only £7.50 per class payable in advance.
Bring along a water bottle, a blanket and a yoga mat. (If you don't have a mat, let me know and I will bring one for you to use)
Please let me know if there are any health considerations. Dru yoga is accessible to all, and with advance notice, I can plan a safe class for you, regardless of your health needs.
