Looking for a fun way to get out on the water and meet new paddling friends? This 1.5–2 hour social SUP paddle is the perfect chance to enjoy the lake, connect with others, and soak up some fresh air!
🚨 This is not a class or lesson, you must already know how to paddle and be comfortable on a board or kayak.
🚨 You must be comfortable paddling 4-5 miles.
🚨 You must know how to swim. Safety first!

Includes standup paddleboard or kayak, paddle, PFD (life jacket), and leash

Meet Your Guide for the Paddle, Dee
Dee brings a wealth of experience and certifications to every event. She is an ACA Level 2 Certified SUP Instructor, PaddleFit Core Certified, WPA Certified SUP Instructor, and Bliss Paddle Yoga Certified SUP Yoga Instructor. With additional credentials as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Human Movement Specialist (HMS), Dee combines expert paddling knowledge with a strong foundation in fitness and safety. She is also CPR/AED/First Aid Certified, Surfset Certified, and holds a Boater’s Safety Certificate, ensuring every session is both safe and effective.
