Welcome to the Journal, Yoga and Dance for Women event! Join us for a fun and empowering evening filled with self-care activities. Let's unwind and connect with our bodies and minds through journaling, yoga, and dance. This event is the perfect opportunity to relax, release stress, and meet like-minded women in a supportive environment.

There aren't many events like this in Enfield, so we are delighted to be able to offer you this alternative Friday night out!

MEET YOUR HOSTS

Alice Bowmaker

Alice is a yoga instructor, personal trainer, mixed modality healer and cyclical living mentor. She has worked internationally, teaching, leading retreats and workshops since 2013. Her experience with an eating disorder at an early age, led her on a long path of healing. And through that lived experience she gathered the knowledge and tools needed (but not taught to women) to feel full empowered and alive in her body. She now passes on all that she has learned to other women.

Jo Bee

Jo is a passionate dance teacher, with years of experience teaching and performing all over. She is focused on changing the way the dance industry is perceived and ensuring that dance a healing experience, and that is why you will find all of her classes to be inclusive and fun. She teachers a range of levels of dance, as well as different styles.
