Every year our gym family joins together in a friendly competition during the Open. This year we want to bring both our gym families together once again.
From the fitness beginner to the elite athlete - the open is FOR EVERYONE!

Workouts are posted the night before the event (all workouts have multiple scaling options to accomodate athletes of all ages and skill levels!)

Please note the location of each open event: (each event starts at 6PM. Doors open at 5PM)
