FNL is a one-of-a-kind event held at 757 ROC. It consists of a single WOD formatted in competition style. Teams of Two athletes in Open or Competitive Heats. All workouts have varying difficulty levels and modifiers so that all ability levels can participate. WITH THAT MISSION IN MIND, WE WILL BE CHOOSING A CHARITY OR FAMILY IN NEED EVERY MONTH. WE WILL THEN DONATE 100% OF THE PROCEEDS FROM THAT MONTH'S FNL REGISTRATION FEE TO THEM. WE WILL ALSO HAVE A DONATION JAR FOR SPECATORS TO GIVE TO THE CAUSE AS WELL. PURCHASE OF WRISTBANDS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL HEATS AND PROCEEDS FROM THEM ($15/TEAM) GOES TO THE GYM .
