Never done dancing before and not sure where to start? Join our Friday night Introduction to Dance program for adults!
Get fit, have fun and make new friends while learning the basics of dance with our experienced instructors!
You'll learn a wide range of dance styles, from Latin American, street Latin, ballroom, waltz, cha cha, salsa, jive, slow rhythm, bachata, rumba, samba and more!
No partner? No worries! Our classes are suitable for couples, groups and individuals wanting to feel more confident in their body, and improve their balance and flexibility!
