Gates Open/Warm up: 5:30pm
Start time: 6:00pm
Registrations will open closer to the time.
7-9 years will compete as usual in their four events
10-14 years will compete for medals. To be eligible for Quad medals Athletes must compete in four of the five events offered and be registered to a Sub Centre Club.
