Guests will receive two carefully selected crystals that we will learn about and use in class and to support continued healing beyond the session. After class, linger a little longer and explore the opportunity to purchase handmade aromatherapy sprays to extend the magic into your everyday life. Each participant will receive a handcrafted, moonbeam energized Moon Water Spray to bring your healing home! Let this be your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself.

I’m a 200 hr Yoga Alliance RYT, Usui Reiki Master, Sound Healing practitioner who began their personal healing journey later in life, but it has completely transformed my life. I offer inclusive weekly Gentle Yin Yoga classes that weave Reiki, meditation, sound healing, aroma therapy, as well as crystals and oracle cards into my classes. I also offer individual Reiki sessions by appointment. My mission is to hold space for your healing journey with compassion, love, and authenticity - so you can rest, reset, and reconnect to your soul purpose. All bodies, ages and level of ability are welcome.
