This food truck started out with one objective in mind. Find the gluten free community and feed them. Once upon a dream... This particular dream included a food truck and it had to serve a completely gluten free menu. no ifs, ands, or buts. They ran with "the mobile poutinerie" idea and transformed it into a poutine machine & fry truck.Fork N Fry is based out of Lake County, IL. They’ve been on the streets since June of 2019.
