You are invited to come and gather for Praise and Worship with the HopeFire Band, Pastor Jim from Healing Hearts Lighthouse, Pastors Sam and Kathy Jo Kahn from HopeFire International, and other disciples of Jesus to meet your neighbors! All are invited to come to spend time with your spiritual family, however, we hope you will also take a moment to invite a friend, family or neighbor to come meet "the family".Bring your bibles (preferably not electronic if possible) and your prayers so we can discuss His Word, rejoice in praise and worship, and share what the Lord has and has not done in your life that has formed and shaped your walk with God. Just as the Vinedresser prunes the sin from our lives He also helps us prepare for what He has planned. We will cry out to the heavens for our trials in a safe space where being honest about our inner self is a sign of hope not a confession that is to be judged and shamed. Our hope for these monthly gatherings is to re-ignite hope in the midst of your storm. Let us come together, shed our filthy garments, and help each other learn how to be the fruit of the Spirit and properly use the armor of God to better understand the power of these garments of praise we proclaim to be wearing. He invited us to enter the Throne Room and be present with God. Let us share our experiences and wisdom with each other so we can better learn from the Holy Spirit how to live as an act of worship to God with greater faith and resilience amid what is happening and what is yet to come. At the HopeFire we will get honest with our salvation and make sure our name is actually in the book of life such that Jesus will not need to tell you how much He appreciated all you have done in His name... "yet I didn't know you!"
While the weather is cold, Tulalip Church of God will Host us inside. Once we hit April and the weather turns to spring, we will be in outside on their lawn in The Hope Tent that is being generously provided by Healing Hearts Lighthouse and Pastor Jim Moir.
