Drew Woodard, professionally known by his stage name Dookz, is a name quickly taking the Hudson Valley by storm. An aspiring multitalented DJ and producer, as well as a multifaceted producer/engineer, guitarist and songwriter native to Kingston, New York. Dookz first launched his DJ career in 2017 with a sold out showcase performance, quickly gaining the attention of event organizers and talent scouts throughout the Tristate Area. Since then, he has worked side by side and performed with multiple Major Label artists, organized and hosted a wide variety of large scale events, parties, and other various shows from NYC to Florida, Colorado and back. Dookz brings a delectable blend of high energy and good vibes to the table, playing a plethora of different styles of music. From funk, disco, soul and house - to hip hop, rnb, reggae & reggaeton, - to emo, metal, hardcore, and rock - to jungle, afrobeat, all sorts of EDM… THE LIST GOES ON!
For Dookz, it’s all about mood and grooves. Playing tracks that get you tapping your feet and bobbing your head regardless of style, tempo, genre or release date. Don’t be surprised when you suddenly find yourself dancing.
