Led by Jay Peterson, we will have a variety of adventures using the power of the drum to open up the heart, let go of the monkey mind, connecting to Mother Earth, and shifting the stagnant.Plus, drumming has proven research related to accelerated healing, raise white blood cell counts, boosting the immune system, and aiding in releasing emotional trauma. In today’s world, we can all use more of that!
$15 energy exchange for participants – all contributions will go towards LHSC. Let’s raise money for LHSC, fill the sanctuary up with drummers and blow the roof off the place!
