MOVEMENT BOOSTERS: Fridays, 10:05-10:55am
Registration includes attendance for entire month
COST: $10 x # of Fridays in the month (to be paid at SPC during check-in of first day)
Intensity Level: Moderate
Criteria: Be able to stand unassisted with endurance to tolerate a medium pace of activity for 50 minutes. A chair will be present for all standing tasks.
Description: This is a comprehensive, active exercise class designed to work on increased strength, flexibility, balance and agility. Class is 50% seated, 50% standing. Particular emphasis will be on increasing awareness of making larger movements.
