You’re warmly invited to a nourishing Hatha Yoga class at Hjerterum: a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body.
In this class we will explore pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (postural yoga), grounding practices, and end with a deeply relaxing savasana. The practice is balanced and mindful, supporting both strength and softness, and is suitable for most levels.
Hatha yoga is a traditional and holistic form of yoga that focuses on creating harmony between body and mind through breath, movement, and awareness. It invites you to move with intention, build stability, and cultivate inner calm.
About the guide and teacher:
I have been a yoga teacher since 2021 and have had the opportunity to teach in different countries. I’m looking forward to sharing my personal approach to the mind–body union through breath and to bringing this practice into the community at Hjerterum. ✨
