Join us at The Prana House every Friday morning from 9:30am - 10:30am in our pay what you choose donation based gentle yoga class. This class will be led by Prana House founder and experienced yoga teacher, Jacque Maldonado. Gentle yoga is perfect for people who want to try yoga for the first time or for those who are looking for a softer approach to their practice. In this class we will combine postures to support relaxing the muscles, slow down the mental activity of the brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system's natural healing capacity.Everybody is welcome to practice yoga in this supportive environment. No yoga experience is required. Bring your own yoga mat. Recommended but not required additional Props: Strap, Blanket, Eye Pillow, Water Bottle
