Join me at Healing Arts Institute Texas for a Friday morning sound bath. (Only 12 spots available)This is the first Morning Sound Bath that I am hosting, so I can join me!
Allowing yourself to experience a sound bath in the morning, allows you to flow comfortably and more at peace through out your day and into your weekend. This type of practice allows to set the tone and intention for your day. Join us in making this a more frequent practice.

What to Expect?
-We will have a couple of deep cleansing breaths and set an intention for your practice
-I will be leading you through the balance of your energy centers
-I will then guide you through a short meditation leading you into the sound bath
-I incorporate various acoustic instruments as well as silence as part of the experience
-Each person will get a couple of personal moments to experience 1 or more instruments
-I will bring us back into the present and conclude our session
What to bring?
-You will be laying on a floor mat and will have access to a blanket and some bolsters but please make sure you bring anything that will make you feel comfortable like yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, cushions, or blankets.
-Our bodies tend to cool down as we enter meditative states so I suggest that you dress warm and comfortably or have the option to cover yourself with an additional layer.
-Please make sure to drink plenty of water before during and after the experience.
-You can bring crystals, jewels, water, etc... to charge with the vibrations of sound.
Refunds
Unfortunately there are no refunds at this time, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else or you may transfer your ticket to a future event.

There is plenty of parking outside the building.

I understand that I am responsible for my own health, healing and well-being. I also understand I can heal myself. I hereby request and consent to the technique of energy, spiritual or distance healing modalities within the scope of Cesar Lujan’s healing techniques. I further understand holistic healing is not a substitute for adequate medical care and I intend to remain under the care of my primary healthcare provider.
I will advise Cesar Lujan, CRTS of anything that might help us work together better to achieve the whaling that I seek. I understand the services provided by Cesar Lujan may cause some minor discomfort, and certain adverse side effects. If I have any concerns about these things, I will keep Cesar Lujan fully advised about my concerns so the intervention may be terminated if necessary or revised to minimize any harm to me.

I understand that if I have -- or if I think I have -- a medical concern, condition, disease, disorder, issue or symptoms, Cesar Lujan will help me reduce any related stress and refer me to a licensed chiropractic, medical or osteopathic physician for further assistance. I also understand if I have -- or if I think I have -- a psychological or emotional concern, condition, disease, disorder, issue or symptoms, Cesar Lujan, CRTS will help me reduce any related stress and refer me to a licensed counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist for further assistance.

Is there science behind Sound Baths?
Sound healing and therapy have existed since ancient times. In ancient Greece music was used to treat mental illness. The Australian Aboriginal people, for 40,000 years, used the didgeridoo for sound healing, and in Tibet the singing bowls have been part of spiritual ceremonies for many many years.
The connection between sound and healing was chronicled in 1896 when American physicians discovered that certain types of music improved thought processes and spurred blood flow. This paved the way for creating new therapies with sound and treating a variety of illnesses. Sound therapy has evolved and morphed into many forms of healing that we see today but the fact the sound helps one heal still remains true.

He is a Sound Healing Teacher & Frequency Carrier trained in Los Angeles, California. He has studied various healing modalities such as Crystal Healing, Holy Fire III Usui & Karuna Reiki, Metatronia Therapy, and Raindrop Technique. He utilizes all his expertise to create a magical experience that will envelop and blanket you with comfort and serenity. He holds space for you to have a personal encounter with your higher state of consciousness hence allowing for insight, ideas, clarity, release, and/ or healing to happen.
