As a woman in my mid 40’s I know I need to move my body for health and hormone balance, but I'm also not a fan of the gym and running is too hard on my body.

This is the reason I created Energy Dance!!

To give me a reason to move my body with joy and heighten my vibration, whilst creating mobility and fitness.
