For those who enjoy yoga but don’t enjoy moving up and down from the floor, we offer chair yoga on Friday mornings. This is not a seated yoga practice (though it can be if that feels best). Though warm-up and cool-down are seated, in between we’ll work with standing postures, strengthening poses, and balance work (supported by the chair if you like). Most weeks will include breath work and meditation. The goal is to feel better, stronger, more clear-headed, and more relaxed after each practice.All are welcome.
We gladly accept donations to support the teacher and our beautiful space, suggested range $5-25 as you can.
Park in the big parking lot and go through the double doors. Yoga studio is down the first hallway on the right!
Wear: comfortable clothing that allows for movement
Bring: water or tea to stay hydrated
