About this Event
A deeply nourishing, open level, 75 minute Hatha yoga class held in the Dance Studio at YMCA, Harrow.
Join us as we work with our breath and postures to clear the energy channels, release stagnation and reestablish a sense of balance within.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Suited all ages and fitness levels, this class will leave you feeling energized, inspired and motivated to make yoga a part of your everyday life. Yoga offers a plethora of potent tools for relieving stress and anxiety, improving sleep, happiness, health and focus. Our busy, overstimulated lifestyles deplete and exhaust us, playing havoc on the nervous system with all sorts of repercussions for our mental and physical health.
Join me for as we delve into the many tools that yoga has to offer to help still your busy mind, improve your sleep, find a sense of peace and balance, while reaping the profound healing benefits that a regular yoga practice offers.
We work with stress busting postures (asana), breath practices (pranayama) & mindfulness techniques which are highly effective at soothing the nerves and preventing anxiety from spiraling.
