Join us for an exhilarating mind-body-spiritual session to awaken your strength, flexibility, inner peace, and overall vitality.
Like a Hatha-Vinyasa class, we utilize dynamic, flowing movement - with mudras, bandhas and breathwork to facilitate the build-up of Kundalini Shakti energy and release it throughout the chakras and body.
Let the rhythm of the sea, beautiful ocean view, sunny sea breeze, with specific mantras/ chants & music encourage the movement of this powerful energy to flow and elevate your life force - as you reconnect with your true nature; in nature - and meditate by the shore.
Optional, remain after the session for a revitalizing dip in the ocean's embrace, where the waters of renewal await, nurturing your essence with a profound bond to the natural world.
The teacher will demonstrate the poses and give clear directions with modifications for all levels, and newbies to enjoy. Class duration, 70+ minutes.
This is a beautiful wide-open area of the beach, with very easy access, no crowded lounge chairs, and open to all. Come as you are and receive all you deserve!

β§ WHAT TO BRING? : NO YOGA MAT NEEDED . Use a Large beach towel, or blanket for a wider coverage over sand. Water to drink, sunglasses, sunscreen & something to protect your items from sea mist/rain, or an extra towel if you dip into the ocean.

EASY & CENTRALLY LOCATED ON LAUDERDALE BEACH: Between NE 9th Street ( Lifeguard Stand #13 ) & Vistamar St (Lifeguard Stand #12 )
This is a wide open - quiet area - with no crowded beach chairs and plenty of metered parking if your driving! Down the block from all major hotels and resorts, small food shops, bars, and convenience stores are at NE 9th st and hotels start one block south at Belmar..

-> Fastest: 1) Across the street from class, we have plenty of street parking with hourly meters at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets.
2) Paid valet parking is available at hotels.
-> Free: 1) All-day free parking just a couple blocks west of the beach ( *near our main beach location) there are a few streets a couple blocks west of the beach - drive west on Vistamar St and pass the metered streets till you see the open streets with no meters on Vistamar st, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr. They have empty lots with free parking around them. Parking in this area is a 5-minute walk to our main beach location.
2) Galleria Mall area on the mainland. On the west side of Sunrise Blvd bridge, are areas around the mall with free parking. Walking from this area to our main beach locations is 15 minutes.
β§ WEATHER:
We are on the beach! We watch the by-the-hour forecasts and radar for OUR location rather than the daily forecast. Our conditions at our event location can be very different than other side of town. If the weather is iffy at our location, we will make a special announcement on our alerts tab on the website's home page. If we cancel, it will be announced at least 60 minutes before unless there is an unforeseen emergency.
Bring a towel or water-resistant cover. Sea mist and light rain can happen during the event.

1) Weather-related @ our location & 100% refund if we cancel the event before begins.
If the event is canceled before it begins, please allow up to 24 hours for a refund. You will be refunded and a confirmation will be sent to the email used to purchase tickets.
2) General Refund: 24+ hour notice YES! This is a self-process system so you don't have to request or wait. Go to your ticket settings and process your refund
Less than 24 hours NO refund & NO credit. And once the event begins, there is no refund/credit if we get rain. For this event, you can choose to hold a spot and pay-at-event option to hold a spot; especially if you are uncertain about attending. We are not responsible for ANY personal reasons that prevent you from attending special events. We would love for you to be with us and not miss any of this magical event. AS MENTIONED ABOVE: Please make sure you read all the info to ensure you are clear on all the details about this event.
