Every Full Moon, YANA hosts a Self Love Cacao Ceremony, sound bath, and meditation that will be led by YANA Wellness Advisors, and . Christina will guide us through a mindfulness practice, followed by gentle restorative yoga. Emma will lead the Sound Bath with a Gong, reiki-charged crystal bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum.
Event Includes: Cacao Circle Ceremony, Ceremonial Cacao Drink, Sound Bath, Meditation, and social event at YANA afterwards
