During a Friday Homeschool Resource Session, McIntosh Memorial Library’s Program Room opens for families to meet and socialize, and to learn and play with library materials that can support, satisfy, and expand upon children’s interests in subjects they are learning at home or at school!
It’s a really fun way to utilize library resources to foster a love of learning at the library! The style of instruction is open-ended. Families are self-directed in choosing which materials they want to use and how to spend their time. Healthy snacks will also be provided.
Registration is not needed—just stop by! We look forward to meeting you and your family! The library's play area is also well-used during Friday Homeschool Resource Sessions.
