A small group of us women will meet at my place in Norman’s Cove around 10 ish we will do a nature walk, maybe a few yoga Nidra moves, a simple mindful meditation, then I am preparing a new powerful grounding session, lunch will likely be a boil up , sea glass is easily found here . Then back to my studio for a very fun painting session a short dance party and if time allows an optional swim or hot tub
