Welcome to Friday Frequencies - A Salt Cave Sound Journey!
Due to popular demand and sold-out sessions until June 2024, I am offering various Friday evening sound immersions to get your weekend started right!
Join me at Breathe Stretch Float for this one-of-a-kind experience that will transport you to a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Immerse yourself in the healing sounds and vibrations while surrounded by the calming and healing effects of the salt cave. Let go of stress and tension as you embark on this sensory journey.
If you missed any of the Adelaide Fringe events, have been curious or tickets have sold out when you have gone to purchase any of my monthly Saturday sessions, here is your opportunity to experience 60 minutes of feeling completely and utterly at peace as you are taken on a magical journey of sound bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more! Sit or lay back and allow the sounds to let you fall into a lower state of consciousness, naturally shifting your body into deep relaxation.
Breathe Stretch Float is home to SA’s first and only Himalayan Salt Cave and the ONLY space in the state where you can receive these two beautiful healing modalities together.
With sellout WellFest Adelaide 2023 sessions, Adelaide Fringe 2024 events (and weekly winner of an Adelaide Fringe award), being featured in the Advertiser, SA Life, Glam Adelaide and voted by Adelady as one of '15 SA Girlie Weekend Away Ideas', this beautiful salt cave is guaranteed relaxation as you sit back and breathe in the finely dispersed purest salt to receive the endless benefits to your respiratory system and skin.
Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation, but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. It has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain, and is beneficial for children suffering from anxiety as it helps to regulate their nervous system by bringing their body and mind into a deep state of relaxation where healing can take place. In addition to these benefits, you can all expect improved sleep and immune function.
Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, is a natural therapy that involves inhaling microscopic pharmaceutical-grade salt particles in the air. It is often used to treat respiratory conditions, including but not limited to, asthma, bronchitis, long-COVID effects, hayfever, sinus & ear infections, coughs, colds and more! The salt particles in the air helps to break up mucus in the lungs, making it easier to breathe.
A powerful tool to increase lung function and open up the airways, athletes, stage performers and singers utilise this salt cave as part of their training regime to improve their performance - with athletes recording their best and fastest times following their sessions!
Salt has natural anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce inflammation in the body, anti-bacterial properties that can help K*ll harmful bacteria in the body and promotes relaxation and reduce stress levels. Chronic stress has been linked to a weakened immune system, and by reducing stress levels, salt therapy may help support the immune system's ability to fight off infections and diseases. It is also helps improve skin conditions including psoriasis, dermatitis, acne and eczema - such a valuable tool in promoting you and your family's overall health and wellbeing, especially during winter and hayfever/allergy season!
The combination of these two beautiful healing modalities, will leave you all feeling truly calm, relaxed and peaceful.
Only 6 tickets available per session - be quick as they sell out fast!
I look forward to providing you with this amazing experience and giving you this time for you to relax - mind, body and spirit.
This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and reset. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the session as it will strictly commence at 6.00pm.
IMPORTANT: participation in any form of sound therapy is not recommended during your first trimester of pregnancy. If you suffer from epilepsy, seizures, bi-polar, clinical depression or any serious mental health conditions, please advise prior to booking.
