Join us at Baxter on Friday’s with our FREE 5-week Friday Flow Yoga Series! Unwind into your weekend with a slow flow with mindful movement, breathwork and intentional stillness designed to help release the stress of your week and ease into your weekend. Doors Open at 6:15PM and class will begin at 6:30PM sharp.
Though each class will build upon itself, this series is perfect for all levels to join in at any point! For every class that you attend in the series, you’ll be entered to win fun prizes to help you continue your yoga journey!
