No experience necessary - just bring yourself and an open heart. We look forward to sharing this special experience with you!

Yoga Mat, eye masks and blanket are supplied, please feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow, etc to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

Please arrive at 6:50 pm for a prompt 7 pm start.
