In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the art of needle felting as you transform a simple felt dryer ball into a festive keepsake to hang on your tree or gift to someone special. Guided step-by-step, you’ll discover how to use colorful wool roving, barbed felting needles, and simple techniques to sculpt and blend your design right onto the surface of the dryer ball. You’ll explore how to add fine details, build up texture, and create patterns or motifs—like snowflakes, holly berries, stars, or cozy winter scenes.No experience is necessary! We’ll provide all the materials and tools you need, along with plenty of inspiration. By the end of class, you’ll leave with a beautiful hand-felted ornament and the confidence to continue creating more at home.
