Friday mornings are a great time to relax and unwind after a richly scheduled week with Gentle Yoga.If you would like a gentle introduction to yoga or you are looking for a nurturing option to help you relax and unwind, come along and experience this class.
The classes consist of a lovely blend of mindful movement and supported poses all while working closely with the breath.
Bookings are essential as this is an intimate class designed for a more tailored experience.
Cost:
Casual class $23-
10 week Term Membership - $190- (10 consecutive classes)
20 Class Pass $360- (valid 6 months)
