Friday Feb 13th we will have artists doing special priced flash designs from 11 am until 5 pm.We will also be having the one and only ENIGMA here doing a guest spot tattooing all day! It's been a number of years since Enigma has been here at Neon Dragon Tattoo so it's gonna be a blast!
After the day of tattooing, we will move the event to Otis' Tailgators on Center Point Rd in Cedar Rapids for Neon Dragon's DARK CARNIVAL SHOW! Enigma will be doing his circus sideshow act at 7pm followed by the band Dark Agenda! Enigma will also be doing a giveaway for tickets to the Cedar Rapids QuadCon for Feb 14th.
