CALL FOR ARTISTS: We invite you to submit an art piece for our 9th annual Frida Kahlo celebration and art exhibition. For this year’s event we would like submissions to reflect Frida’s political and social ideas of justice, feminism, anti capitalist/imperialism, decolonization and freedom of expression. We will except any art that represents Frida as you would like to express, and is open to all artist levels from amateur to experienced artists. All mediums welcome, no size restrictions.
Drop off dates will be 7/7 & 7/8 from 4pm-8pm. There will be a $5.00 entry fee per art piece. The opening day exhibition will be 7/10 from 11PM-6PM.
