Looking to build your strength and fitness in 2026? Women's fitness class that includes pelvic floor strengthening at Diamond Fitness in East Lothian!
Saturdays 10.30am & Wednesdays 7.30pm - starts 3rd January!
Suitable for all ages and any fitness level. Including during pregnancy and postnatal. Little ones are welcome to Saturday morning classes!
We'll be using body weight, weights, cardio machines, ropes, sleds - you name it! Each session will be varied. There will be scaling options for each movement. You can make it as challenging as you are ready for on the day! All in a fun and welcoming environment.
